Like you can see on the headline I ran today first time after 2 weeks resting. I have some problems with my calves so our coach said that it might be good idea take medicine one week and rest 2 weeks. Yesterday I ran 6x4mins and walked about one minute between. It was good, I can focus on my running and legs didn't hurt. Now I have to do this every three day about 2-3 weeks and then I can start training more normal way!
