Hi guys!
Today was normal school day. I woke up 7.00 and went to school 8.25. I had health education, English, Finnish, Swedish, math and psychology lessons and after those it was 14.25. After school I went home, did homework, talked with honey, went dancing lesson and stretched.
Yesterday I made my English homework, wrote speech about organ donation.
"Could I have everyone's attention for a moment, please! I would like to start by welcoming everyone to Organ Donation Week. I am here to tell you why everybody should carry an organ donation card in their wallet.
Hospitals need healthy organs everyday and there are too many people who die without a new heart or kidney, for example. So why don't you donate and give a life for somebody at the end of your life. A deceased person doesn't need his or her organs anymore.
Everybody should think about the following examples. First you have to think how you might feel if you yourself need a new organ like liver or lungs or extra blood or if you need help when you want to have a baby and you need sperm or eggs. If you didn't take donation card yet you should think this also. Would you donate something if your love, parents or best friend need it? I guess you answer yes but like everybody knows you can't donate your heart so you have to hope somebody has had a donation card before passing away. The last thing I hope everybody thinks is all those little kids here. How can you say for them that you don't want to help?
I would like to conclude by saying that now I hope nobody will hang back anymore. Go and make an organ donation card and take it in your wallet because if something happens to you it does help people between your testament. Thank you!"
This is the way how I think this, but more serious talking about this subject is too serious for blog. Do you agree or disagree?
