I'm here talking about a meat free month. You may have heard about it before and maybe some of you are following it just now. The idea is pretty simply but reasons are a bit more complicated. We all should change the mixed diet tothe vegetarian diet because meat production waste a lot water and energy. It also wastes the lives of animals and prosessed meat isn't good for our health.

But how can we change our diet? And what to eat if no meat? Doctors say that vegetarian diet fits for all, for athletes as well. Good subtitues are for example seeds, almonds, lenses, nuts, beans and soyabean. I'm pretty sure that you can't noitten the difference between meat and soya if you are using it on your meal.

So no meat for a month or never!

So today I started a meat free month. I know I am a month too late because usually we have "meat free month" on October but I completely forgot it! Last year I had a meat free month so I wanna do it this year as well. I am not so strickt so at school I will eat normal food (or I already have a gluten free diet so I don't wanna do it more difficult at school) but at home and on free time I will avoid meat. Mum might not be so happy about this because it's a bit difficult to cook vegetarian food for me. But my friend gave me a vegetarian food book so I will learn to cook many new vegetarian foods!

Today I was at Puuvilla, new shopping mall at Pori, but I will tell you more about it tomorrow. Now it's time to go to Pori again but to bar and halloween party on this time. Until tomorrow!
