Points
-Eat clean
-Drink water 0,035 x your body weight (with lemon or good salts)
-Eat and drink a lot vegetables
-Avoid processed food
-Watch your hand. That's how much protein you need every meal
-Eat fat also (olive oli, nuts, coconut oil, avocado,...)
-After training or competition eat at least an hour later
